Maxis Centre at Taman Segar, Cheras is one of the worst place to visit !!
There is no customer service personnel that supposed to care of their customers !!
There is no one to care for the Q !
No one to guide or supervise or checking of what kind of reasons customer that coming to this Centre.
By doing so, the easier problem can be solved instantly. Instead customers is queuing for hours waiting n waiting ….

Last time Maxis Centre at Taman Segar, Cheras is one of the best service center to visit.
Now it the the worst place to get a followup on our request for changing another provider to Maxis. After I Port Out YES from another provider, no one on the online telephone to attend to me. None wanted to give their my Mobile phone to assist. They just say sorry and decline and did provide their mobile to give advise. What is next after I had Port Out YES from Service Provider.
The above action left us hanging without a guidance of what to do
May I clarify from your Maxis Management on whether it is work to rule within some Maxis service Centre?
Finally I was told all 3 of them were busy, But one Malay customer service staff was very conscientious, well-mannered, bersopan-santun and very responsible and took her busy schedule off to attend to my call. WE appreciated very much her extra effort explaining to us.
