  1. I would like to file a complaint regarding one of your Speedmart 99 employees from the Ujong Pasir branch.

    At approximately 8.45pm, 30/1/2021, I was at your premises and I noticed that three of your employees, including the lady supervisor, weren’t wearing their masks properly. Two of them with masks at their chin and one with the mask not covering his noise and mouth and they were chatting away while two were stacking up the shelves with goods.

    I proceeded to tell them to wear their masks properly as Ujong Pasir now has increased Covid positive cases. One of them, the staff with spectacles about 1.70-1.75 cm tall, adjusted his mask and said who said he didn’t wear his mask.

    When I told him that he wasn’t wearing it properly just now, he challenged me to report police. I asked him, was it wrong to tell the employee of Speedmart 99 to wear their masks properly?? He then started to call me obscene names like Lan jiao.

    Now, my question is, was it wrong for your customer to tell your staff to wear their mask properly??

    Was it the SOP of Speedmart 99 to allow their employees to wear their masks at their chin when they are stacking goods at the shelves and also chatting at the same time?? I am ok with the chatting, after all, everyone needs a break now and then. but to be stacking and not wearing masks, how do we know that there isn’t any virus droplets on the merchandise?? Furthermore they were chatting without mask and stacking goods at the same time.

    Next question, is it right for your staff to call a customer Lan Jiao?? And he didn’t apologize
    and threatened to call his people from the police station to come to the store.

    My last question, is this the way how your staff is taught/train to handle customer’s complaint?? I wasn’t even filing an official complaint at that time, I was telling them… Dik, boleh pakai mask tak? Ujong Pasir dah banyak kes.

    And your staff, the one with the spectacles, reacted like this. He needs to be given anger management. Such a staff with such an attitude will bring shame to your establishment.

    I would like to heard your management feedback regarding this.

    Perhaps, it is time to do an audit of this branch and retrain them about customer service.

  2. i have a very bad experince twice, buying baby milk in puchong perdana 99speedmart and at 99speedmart 1564 puchong koi. They still keeping expired baby milk that already expired 5months back, when ask the staff they just look each other and say not sure about that and they place back the milk at the same self. If any one who dont know to read they buy and go the milk if anyting happen to the baby is 99speedmart going to liable for that. 99speedmart management should ensure they outlet clear up expired good all time.

  4. I want to file a complain regarding one of your speedmart branch at 1639-kampung batu, for being very rude towards customer and racist towards customer. At this time, I am patiently wait for my items to be calculated at the counter because they doing their work very slow due to they chit chatting with each other about something that is not consist their work. After a few moments I have waited, the cashier ask me “is that all sir”,then I reply, “No, tadi kan I ade mintak 4 kotak rokok Dan tak dapat lagi.” I waited again as they still chit chatting among each other about useless things, then the cashier said to other person, “cepat la, customer marah!”, so I got offended because that time I am still calm.. So I speak out loud stated, ” siapa marah, sekarang ni dari tadi saya tengok awak buat kerja sambil lewa, Tanya customer berulang kali, lepas tu da lah lambat sedang kan barang bukan banyak, sedap tuduh saya Marah2.” then the 3rd worker tend to be hero and cut my word and misbehave like a bitch(the one who wear spectacle and macam lelaki tak jadi) she started being rude at me and I started to ask her back,” macam ni ke you layan you punya customer? Kurang ajar tak bertempat. Kalau ada tak puas hati u ckp depan I, sedang kan korang ni Semua dari tadi buat keje macam taik, now u salah kan customer pulak?” with her rudeness plus her eyes staring at my tattoo atas bawah macam orang tiada duit nak beli barang, this really shows that these idiots really racist.
    Kalau dorg nak customer dorg baik, they should layan customer dengan baik.. Mana ada customer yang kurang ajar atau marah tiada sebab? This is unacceptable. If they don’t want to work, then quit or terminate. There is a lot of people out there yang nak bekerja Dan ada budi bahasa. I can understand if people want to calm me down, but this bitch tone is really want to cari pasal Dan tak membantu langsung.
