  1. I would like to file a complaint regarding one of your Speedmart 99 employees from the Ujong Pasir branch.

    At approximately 8.45pm, 30/1/2021, I was at your premises and I noticed that three of your employees, including the lady supervisor, weren’t wearing their masks properly. Two of them with masks at their chin and one with the mask not covering his noise and mouth and they were chatting away while two were stacking up the shelves with goods.

    I proceeded to tell them to wear their masks properly as Ujong Pasir now has increased Covid positive cases. One of them, the staff with spectacles about 1.70-1.75 cm tall, adjusted his mask and said who said he didn’t wear his mask.

    When I told him that he wasn’t wearing it properly just now, he challenged me to report police. I asked him, was it wrong to tell the employee of Speedmart 99 to wear their masks properly?? He then started to call me obscene names like Lan jiao.

    Now, my question is, was it wrong for your customer to tell your staff to wear their mask properly??

    Was it the SOP of Speedmart 99 to allow their employees to wear their masks at their chin when they are stacking goods at the shelves and also chatting at the same time?? I am ok with the chatting, after all, everyone needs a break now and then. but to be stacking and not wearing masks, how do we know that there isn’t any virus droplets on the merchandise?? Furthermore they were chatting without mask and stacking goods at the same time.

    Next question, is it right for your staff to call a customer Lan Jiao?? And he didn’t apologize
    and threatened to call his people from the police station to come to the store.

    My last question, is this the way how your staff is taught/train to handle customer’s complaint?? I wasn’t even filing an official complaint at that time, I was telling them… Dik, boleh pakai mask tak? Ujong Pasir dah banyak kes.

    And your staff, the one with the spectacles, reacted like this. He needs to be given anger management. Such a staff with such an attitude will bring shame to your establishment.

    I would like to heard your management feedback regarding this.

    Perhaps, it is time to do an audit of this branch and retrain them about customer service.

      If same happen to me just now in the 99 speed mart seksyen 17 petaling jaya.
      I think 1 of the girl is supervisor or what la!!..but attitude rubbish!!.. she wear kemeja like white a bit.
      And another one is cashier.
      You work also wear like home pant!!.
      Happen like this when I enter shop I have scan n take my suhu.. they have write they must take no but the no they keep ya.
      So I just go in and buy 1 oil then pay.
      When I make payment they asking me where no??.
      Then I say I never see the no there.
      Then they say very RUDE YA!!.. ask la!!.. then I say normally I go to 99 speed mart they give us no. After that they give answer and urge!!.
      They say they busy what so on la!!!..
      Then still want fighting with customer ya eventhough I already out from the shop both of them still want to say now people crazy!!.. and ask me make complaints!!.
      Is it this your training for the customers services!!!..
      You know if people’s don’t come n buy you still can earn salary!!! .

      • I agreed with you that one of the staffs in the 99 speed mart seksyen 17 Petaling Jaya is absolutely very rude and bad upbringing.

        Every time I went to make payment, she looked impatient and sounded “tsk” if I pay a bit slowly. I’m not a stingy person, I did’t expect premium treatment at a convenience store, but at least you have to make customers feel comfortable, otherwise you’ll ruin the store’s reputation.

        It wasn‘t my intention to tar the staffs with the same brush, the another Malay girl cashier in the same store is polite to customer, but the management should pay attention to the attitude of the staff.

        I don’t know if the salary is not in place, so that such low-quality employee. Hope that 99 Speedmart can take this issue seriously, no business can exist forever or go further if ignore dissatisfaction of customer.

  2. i have a very bad experince twice, buying baby milk in puchong perdana 99speedmart and at 99speedmart 1564 puchong koi. They still keeping expired baby milk that already expired 5months back, when ask the staff they just look each other and say not sure about that and they place back the milk at the same self. If any one who dont know to read they buy and go the milk if anyting happen to the baby is 99speedmart going to liable for that. 99speedmart management should ensure they outlet clear up expired good all time.

At this time, I am patiently wait for my items to be calculated at the counter because they doing their work very slow due to they chit chatting with each other about something that is not consist their work. After a few moments I have waited, the cashier ask me “is that all sir”,then I reply, “No, tadi kan I ade mintak 4 kotak rokok Dan tak dapat lagi.” I waited again as they still chit chatting among each other about useless things, then the cashier said to other person, “cepat la, customer marah!”, so I got offended because that time I am still calm.. So I speak out loud stated, ” siapa marah, sekarang ni dari tadi saya tengok awak buat kerja sambil lewa, Tanya customer berulang kali, lepas tu da lah lambat sedang kan barang bukan banyak, sedap tuduh saya Marah2.” then the 3rd worker tend to be hero and cut my word and misbehave like a bitch(the one who wear spectacle and macam lelaki tak jadi) she started being rude at me and I started to ask her back,” macam ni ke you layan you punya customer? Kurang ajar tak bertempat. Kalau ada tak puas hati u ckp depan I, sedang kan korang ni Semua dari tadi buat keje macam taik, now u salah kan customer pulak?” with her rudeness plus her eyes staring at my tattoo atas bawah macam orang tiada duit nak beli barang, this really shows that these idiots really racist.
    Kalau dorg nak customer dorg baik, they should layan customer dengan baik.. Mana ada customer yang kurang ajar atau marah tiada sebab? This is unacceptable. If they don’t want to work, then quit or terminate. There is a lot of people out there yang nak bekerja Dan ada budi bahasa. I can understand if people want to calm me down, but this bitch tone is really want to cari pasal Dan tak membantu langsung.

  6. Salam. Nama saya Syafiq saorang o.k.u. dan boss speed mart99 idola saya. Saya lihat iklan speed mart99 sangat gah tapi sedih boss nya tidak tahu keadaan staff di cawangan kios2 speed mart99 yg telah menjatuh image tuan nya. Saya juga berasa sedih keadaan ini terjadi sebab saya juga o.k.u dan faham keadaan boss nya. Pada peringkat awal speed mart memang cangih tetapi kebelakangan ini sudah merosot dan silap2 akan jatuh.
    Saya ingin mencadang pegawai2 speed mart kena jujur dlm bertugas. Kena buat sport check ke kios2. Saya ingin komplen speed mart99 sek.8 kota damansara sangat teruk. Keadaan kedai semak mcm tidak terurus, barang2 tidak tersusun betul, kotak2 menghalang laluan, sampah bertaburan, coklet lembek, staff main hp, barang juga bila ditanya banyak takda.
    Sebenarnya diluar sana ramai remaja sedang mencari pekerjaan, jadi rasanya tidak kesal jika staff yg tidak ikhlas dibuang kerja.

  8. Your staff on the counter at 2634 JD TAMAN SETIA INDAH 2 around 2:20 pm was rude and should be given proper customer service training. I said thank you to her three times after payment, and she refuses to respond. Instead, she raised her hand to acknowledge my thanks, looking in the opposite direction. I felt so embarrassed with action and will not go to this location anymore, neither would I recommend it to my friends.

  9. I WANT TO COMPLAINT ABOUT STAFFS AT SPEEDMART TAMAN SINAR, NIBONG TEBAL.
    THEY ALWAYS GET MAD TO CUSTOMERS EVEN THE PROBLEM FACED BY THEM NOT BECAUSE OF CUSTOMER, BUT BECAUSE OF THEIR WORK. WOMEN STAFFS ARE GOOD. ONLY MEN. ALL OF THEM ARE NOT GOOD AND RUDE AT CERTAIN TIME.

    YESTERDAY, ONE OF THE STAFF (SUPERVISOR I THOUGHT), WAS SO BUSY BECAUSE THAT TIME, A SPEEDMART LORRY WAS UNLOADING THE GOODS FROM THE LORRY. ALL THE BASKETS ETC BLOCKED A PATH AND FEW RACKS. I NEED THE GOODS DISPLAYED AT THE BLOCKED PATH AND RACK. THEN HE SIMPLY SAID LOUDLY “NAK APA KAK? NAK YANG MANA KAK?” HE GAVE ME THE GOODS AND ASK ME TO GO FROM THERE BECAUSE HE NEEDS SPACE THERE. EH HELLO, PLEASE MIND YOUR WORDS. ALSO THE STAFF.

    ONE MORE, LOT OF THINGS, THEIR PACKAGING ARE DIRTY LIKE HABUK-HABUK KAYU ESPECIALLY WOMEN’ PADS, PLASTIC BAG, ETC.

Tak minta utk tunduk hormat pada customer pun, tp tolong hormat pd Masa org,, minta tlg ambil barang yg dibahagian atas n belakang,, sepatut nya staff bila barang dah kurang kena susun barang yg belakang kedepan bagi memudahkan Cust utk Ambil, since xsampai,, I panggil staf yg kt cashier depan minta tlg ambil,, staf cashier kt depan ad 3 wanita yang baik hati,, panggil staf lelaki yg sedang rehat diluar utk tlg ambil,, setelah panggil,, I tunggu,, tp I dah pusing ambil sabun semua,, staf lelaki masih belum datang,, xpe lah I tunggu lg,, then a few minutes nampak staf lelaki tue masuk,, tapi berhenti di cashier station,, masih lg dgn hp di tangan,, I tengok n perhati je Dr jauh,, but he still at d station dgn hp, n I tau dia tengah main game,, then I jerit Dr tmpat I tggu,, cepat lah dik oiii,,, dia dtg kt I sambil ckp suruh I cakap elok2,, after a few time I tunggu n I perhati je ur delayed,, then he ask me 2 talk nicely. Haha,, then rasa nk mengamok jgk,, if ko xhormat Masa ko, itu masalah ko,, tp ko jgn buang masa org,, klu I sampai, I ponw xnak buang Masa tggu, I dah ambil sendri barang tue,, I as Cust xminta utk u hormat,, tp Masa org xsama dgn Masa ko utk main game Dan sebagainya. Saya juga salah seorang pelanggan 99 speedmart. setiap bulan saya membeli barangan lebih dr rm 200. bila mintak kotak, pekerja kat sana tak nak bagi kotak untuk isi barang2 yang dibeli. dah la kerajaan suruh kurangkan penggunaan plastik.Apa salahnya kalau beri kotak bagi mereka yang membeli barangan dalam jumlah yang banyak. harap pihak yang bertanggungjawab mengambil kira hal ini.

  15. On 4.4.2022 at 10.47pm I bought a Colgate and a few things at Speedmart Batu caves beside restaurant Aiza( usually they close at 11.00pm). Since it’s already late I didn’t notice that the Colgate that I bought have free gift. So the next morning I went to the counter and show the manager my receipt and the Colgate photo ask for free gift. He didn’t want to see the receipt I showed him and immediately he answered me no free gift. I ask him again why no free gift is it finish or no more offer. He said the supplier who delivered the good didn’t give the free. So I ask him again when can I get the free give. The manager answered me I don’t know when. Then I said I will come after 2 days pls give me the free gift I want that. The manager said ok .
    So today 10.4.222 I went to the same 99 speedmart again ask for the free gift at the counter, the cashier replied me “tak ada” in a rude way.

    How come a Colgate supplier send the goods without a free gift. Are they selling separately the free gift or taking back home giving to their family. We taking out our money and buying goods at this 99 speed mart but free gift they keep. It’s very unfair and cheating.

    Secondly I notice that the place is so massy and dirty and I wondering to buy things there or not

    Please if you don’t believe my words one day go and visit that place, then you know the situation. It’s really really dirty

    Perak.. Im not satisfied with one staff which is shorty girl among them.. Around 9.55pm.. When i enter into the premise looking for the some goods, suddenly i heard a someone voice from other side said ” kenapa bagi customer masuk”… Then i ask another cashier is it closed then she said still remaining 5 minute more.. So why she speak loudly like as the customer cannot buy anythg within the said remaining 5 minute..

    I juz saw this kind of girl for long time and when i come to the premise for the every her on duty, i saw the reaction from his face is something to me..

    Kindly Please advise your staff and be kind for all customer.. Greeting & smile is important to us and its express ur atitude.. Tq

  17. Saya nak buat complain, speedmart cawangan Pekan Lama Kuala Selangor, staff sangat rude. Pada awal bertanya sebab “price tag” di biskut RM3.49, tapi di resit RM4.49. Memang staff mengaku mereka tak perasan perubahan harga sebab banyak barang berubah harga. Namun saya kesal dengan ayat cashier : ” So sekarang akak nak apa, nak duit?” Sedangkan kita minta staff alert bab macam ni agar tak terjadi kepada pelanggan lain. Tolong la bagi pendedahan & ADAB kepada kebanyakan cashier speedmart 99 ni. Kerja sambil duduk dan tiada ucapan mesra terima kasih / sila datang lagi kepada pelanggan. Bukan satu speedmart ni sahaja tapi di kebanyakan cawangan lain.

  18. Saya nak buat aduan pasal cawangan 99 Speed mart TAMAN SRI MANJA 2.. sorang pekerja lelaki SABAH sangat la kurang ajar. Saya tanya kt sini ada reload (tambah nilai) Touch n Go tak? Okay dia cakap takde hanya ada ewallet touch n go guna pin.. Okay takde fine la, saya cakap kt dia kalau takde reload utk touch n go, kt cermin luar tu ada taruk sticker reload touch n go tu padam/tutup la.. itu sahaja. Pastu melenting dan naik suara kata “buat apa nak padam”.. saya ckp kt dia kalau pelanggan lain tanya ada reload touch n go kt sini tak, kau nak jawab mcmni ke? Dia jawab “biar la kenapa nak padam, kau yg tk faham” nak bertekak dgn pelanggan, aku suruh padam/tutup je sticker tu kalau takde, bukan susah pon..tak boleh ke dia sebagai pekerja cakap elok dgn pelanggan.. kenapa dia mesti nak menengking pelanggan dn macam cari gadoh. Bila saya suruh panggil manager, dia terus lari masuk ke dalam.
