    ER336567414MY. Before that, I’m really apologize for the inconvenience.

    I have used Poslaju Service to send my order items directly to me. However, I did not have time to pick up the item because I was not there when the items arrived. And, unfortunately I almost forgot about the items.

    So, if I can ask, can you delivery it again to the new address? I agree if the shipment will be charged again. Here, I attach the information of my new address.

  2. Hye… May I know my parcel over this skudai branch or not… I call also nobody pick up. I don’t know how to contact u all. My tracking number is EP721611418MY. Please reply me. I want to my parcel at which branch?

  3. We noticed that our parcel EHE038005308MY have been send and arrived at PosLaju Bandar Dato’ Onn at 11th July 2021, and was despatched out. The parcel suppose delivered to No.46, Jalan Kebudayaan. 25 Taman Universiti 81300 Skudai Johor Bahru. Unfortunately, the parcel is not delivered until today 20th July 2021. We follow up the tracking information of delivery, the system still show despatch out, but never arrive to the destination. Please follow up and inform us at EG SAFE CARE 012-3716623 / 03-41618723.
