I am Indian expatriate servicing in this Perodua service centre for last 5 years for my Bezza car No VD3517. But the quality of service is disappointing. In last service dated 13/07/2020, RM120 was taken for service of aircon. But the same was not marked in the service book. When I went for next service on 26/04/2021, they tried to take charges for aircon service and pointed out it was not done before. When I challenged and showed previous invoice, they said it was mistake as service book was not marked. I don’t know whether aircon service was really done or taken charge without doing it. Moreover service on 26th April, my digital meter was not updated and it is still showing service due. Such poor quality service how they got authorized status from Perodua.
