Their service is such a disappointment. I made an appointment at 11am for car service. Arriving at 11am, handing over the car, and I was told that the car service would be ready at 1pm. Also, I was told that a service of car brake system was required. Then, I was out for lunch for 30minutes. After the lunch, I had been waiting at the customer waiting area from 11.45am until 1.10pm, but my car was still outside, not even being checked and serviced.
When I went to query, they were only aware that my car was not serviced yet, and I was told that my car break system couldn’t be fixed that day if I was running out of time. Then, being told that It would be fine if the car brake system was not serviced. Then why I was told that the car brake system must be serviced in the first place.
In a nutshell, a long waiting time AND your car service might be overlooked, until you go and query. Also, be more vigilant on the items they ask you service, which may not be necessary.
Had a bad experience with the car service centre.
