Saya nak buat tuntutan bayaran balik wang ansuran kereta yang mana maybank tersilap potong bagi bulan Ogos 2021 walaupun saya diberikan moratarium. saya telah call puan Hasnita (Maybank Cheras Makmur) sejak 12.08.2021 lagi, dan beliau telah mengaku tersilap potong, dan berjanji untuk membayar balik wang tersebut. namun sehingga kini tidak ada sebarang bayaran dibuat, lebih menyedihkan lagi puan hasnita sejak dari itu tidak pernah angkat call saya walaupun hampir 20 kali saya call, namun tidak mahu jawab. Mesej2 melalui whatsapp juga tidak pernah dijawab. Tolong fikir lah sikit, semua orang dalam kesusahan skrg. minta dipercepatkan.
