Saya hendak bertanya berkenaan cek deposit saya. Pada 2 Oktober 2022 yang lepas, saya telah melakukan transaksi bankin cheque deposit. Akan tetapi, pihak Maybank Kuching Selatan telah menjelaskan kepada saya bahawa cheque tersebut akan ditolak. Hal ini adalah kerana saya telah tersalah letak nombor akaun. Saya telah meletakkan nombor akaun Bank Simpanan Nasional(BSN). Boleh saya tahu berapa lama masa yang diambil untuk saya tuntut semula cek tersebut? Sudah hampir 4 minggu isu ini berlaku tetapi belum ada apa-apa tindakan dan tiada maklum balas berkenaan cheque tersebut. Sejujurnya, masa yang diambil terlalu lama. Jadi, saya mohon agar masalah ini dapat diatasi dengan segera. Saya risau cheque tersebut tamat tempoh. Dan saya sangat memerlukan wang tersebut. Saya harap masalah ini dapat diselesaikan dengan segera selewat-lewatnya pada Jumaat 28.10.2022 ini.
