I was first served by a tall Indian man who was polite and helpful to me however, he was unsure of the procedure etc. and referred me to one of the bank officer Azura.
Azura was unpleasant, unhelpful, rude and condencending. She was horrible and could not care less about customer service.
She didnt even bother to take her time to listen, look into my account and/or offer suggestions instead she totally dismissed me by saying “INI BUKAN MASALAH SAYA” with her condencending tone and couldnt be bother look. She didnt even smile or give any eye contact as though she has Autism. I work with children with Autism who has better characters amd attitude than her!
Azura should not be working in customer service. She is a disgrace to your organisation.
I would like the management to look into this and counsel her for her poor and condencending attttude. Retrain her for better customer training.
