Hello i need send warranty for my huawei nova 7i, they have problem when restart. when restrat my huawei nova 7i, they will stuck at the huawei logo here. i have try format already still same, and i try to update system, cannot update, they will jump to the recovery page. My nova 7i buy at 17/4/2020. Not yet a month have this problem already. I hope can help me soft this problem in this MCO period. Wait you guys reply thank you.
