We tried calling the Hong Leong in Subang Square Business Centre at 12.19 pm today (29/03/19) but failed to be connected. The main reason is that we have received a message from the bank at 9.37am on Saturday, 16/03/19 via my handphone informing us that our new monthly installment for our housing loan will be RM3,203.00 from RM3,149.00 and will commence on 01/04/19. It was also indicated to us that a letter will reach us in the next few days.
Pleased be informed that we have yet to receive any letters from HLBB on the reasons for the increase in our monthly repayment. This letter is important and for our record. We hope it’s not an April Fool joke.
