We have called Gdex for pickup in the morning of 19 Jul 2021, our reference number is EGJ17820. We purposely went back to office to wait for pick from 2 to 4pm but we called to remind pick up at 4.05pm and waited till now 4.34pm still no one come to pick up…. I asked for Bayan Baru’s contact number 04-611 8559 and I have called 10 times, the phone rang for 2 seconds and the call was picked up and put it back immediately.
Being in service line, it is very fair to let customer know that you could not make it on time or whether need us to wait for another half an hour or any other plan instead of making us just to wait blindly. It is really an unpleasant experience with Gdex.
