Here is my report regarding ABX service. Today they call me to take my parcel at petrol station. When I come, ABX staff said, my parcel has been taken. It’s been TAKEN BY OTHERS.
Issue: please stringent your policies and procedures on HANDING PARCEL TO THE RIGHT CUSTOMER & ADDRESS. how you want to ensure the right customer since you not send the parcel according to the address?
