Hi..when i visit your outlet located at taman mewah taiping around 6.35pm Ur lorry arrived, when they transfer the goods into the store, the lorry blocking the road.I need to wait for 15 minutes,then i started to horn to give a sign that i want to make my move. Ur manager came out and shout at me said ‘can u make a U turn’.(rude tones)(male)is this the way u train ur staff to spoke with customers.Next time if ur outlet need to transfer all the goods, dont make other people trouble.
