Hi …I am a regular customer of 99 Speedmart for the past 4 yrs and buy for more than RM 500 every month…I mainly choose your shop bec of customer friendly staff and their polite behaviour …but yesteday I had a different experience…I bought Farmhouse milk from your shop 4 days back and when I opened it yesterday I found the milk spoilt and so went to the shop and informed …the supervisor who was attending to me bluntly refused to take back and refund saying that return is valid only for 3 days …my question is the product has expiry till Sep 2022 and I am given a spoilt product for the money I paid….She kept arguing and refused to hear my grievance ….I will not shop with 99 speed mart anymore …I am sorry to say this …even if 10 staff are good it’s no use if one staff is bad …..thanks
