I went to family mart Seremban gateway for a few times. I don’t think so the way cashier give service in a good ways. They are so hard to smile and give a friendly feedback. They supposed to be friendly since this is a Japanese convenient store. I thought they are supposed to bring Japanese culture as well. Quite dissatisfied with the cashier and services. Thank you
Hiii, family mart seremban gateway, i came here with a very nice language & polite with the cashier… but i am angry after a one of the crew name “athirah” treat her customers with 1st “rude body gesture & expressions” no smile at all and start the conversation with “nk apa?!”.. lepas tu kali kedua, menghempas plate next counter ke tepi buat sya terkejut, idk what was her intentions to show such attitude to the customers… i know how tiring working in FnB bcz i worked at McD before & study at the same time… i do understand…but i wont tolerate with rude attitude sbb sya dtg dgn cara baik.. so layan la dngan cara baik wlau penat mana pun… zzzzzz…
