  1. saya sender , nak tanya kenapa barang yg saya hantar kasih customer boleh terbuka dan repack,quantiti dalam pun HILANG 4pcs? timbang kg dah x sama dengan kita hantar . barang dalam flyer kita dah salutape dengan padat,mcm mana boleh terbuka? harap pihak tuan boleh ambil perihatin case yg berlaku ni ,tq

  2. saya nak tanya, kenapa dalam laporan perjalanan suatu barang tu di tulis delivered sedangkan barang tu pun saya tak terima, saya ada saja dirumah waktu delivery tu. Notification pun tak ada, please lah jangan tunjuk sangat ketidak puasan dalam pekerjaan,. nak call no telefon pun not in service.. bila call customer service 1-300-300-300 tu suruh send email bagai.. merumitkan urusan pelanggan kalau servis macam ni.
