Airpak Express (M) Sdn Bhd is established in 1992. We have a humble beginning with four (4) staffs and a warehouse space of 650 sq ft. Today, Airpak Express (M) Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya , Selangor has over three hundred (300) staffs and with a warehouse space of 25,000 sq ft. We are expanding our warehouse and operations in the coming year.
In our Malaysia sector, our network covers more than 90% of all the states and town within East and West Malaysia.
Airpak group is able to handle all kinds of logistics and courier Services for Singapore, Malaysia and the International Sector.
Our services include Warehousing, fulfillment Shipment (ecommerce), Bulk Deliveries, Handcarry Shipment, Domestic Shipment and International Shipment.

Im sorry to say that it has been a poor service, we are located at Naim Club House, South Lake Permy Jaya, Miri and we have experienced so many times where we call for your service to collect the documents but it takes days for our document to be collected. And it has been so difficult for us to call your tel line also n the person who answer the call is very rude quickly put down the phone even we haven’t finish talking.
I hope you can improve your service better in the future n maybe a training to ur staffs on handling customers and how to answer tel calls.
